International Centre for Birds of Prey

Described recently as a hidden Gem, the Centre houses over 200 birds of prey, Eagles, Hawks, Owls, Vultures, Kites, Buzzards and Falcons. Three superb flying demonstrations per day, all different. Wonderful gardens to enjoy, cafe and shop, walks through the woods, field and ponds. Great photo opportunities.  ICBP is the oldest bird of prey centre in the UK.

  • Handling experience days for those wanting to get beak to beak with birds and fly them.
  • Photography experiences.

A place not to be missed. Ignore the weather forecasts and sat navs, get to Newent on main roads and follow the signs!

Large free carpark

Sorry, but we do not allow visitors dogs into the centre. There are plenty of shaded areas in the carpark and you may go out to your dog as often as you wish.

Follow the brown and white signs from Newent.

Open seven days a week. Feb 1st - Nov 30th, with Owl evenings in the winter. 10.30 - 5.30 or dusk if earlier.
