- Is the name of the business correct?
- Is the description of the business correct and current? Are the spellings and grammar correct? Does it adequately describe your business?
- Are the images correct and current? Are they the best images that you can use? Will they be attractive to potential customers? Does the main image display well as the page header? Guidandance on the choice of pictures. Click Picture Gallery to see all the pictures.
- Are the contact details correct and current? Further details are given below.
- Are the map details correct? Click Location Map to see the location of your business on the map. Is the flag it in the right location? If the grid reference is given, is it correct? If the grid reference is missing, consider adding it, particularly if you are in a rural location.
- Are the opening hours listed? If so, are they correct? If not, would they be useful? Consider including the days and times that you are open and also any seasonal variations. Indicate if booking is necessary. This field is not compulsory but most businesses, with the possible exception of accommodation, will benefit by including the opening times.

- Are the address and post code correct?
- Is the telephone number correct?
