Set within the heart of the garden centre we have two eateries both over looking our lake. We serve breakfast from 9 am and our carvery is open daily from 12, we also have a deli restaurant serving a variety of homemade specialities. Our chefs make fresh cakes in our kitchens daily. We have a children TV & play area situated within the Deli bar and a outdoor play area with swings outside our plantation cafe on the other side of the lake. We also welcome coach parties on request and we can open in the evenings for private functions.

I disagree with the previous comment. I have had coffee/tea/cakes etc here a number of times and always found the quality good and the prices reasonable and similar to what I expect to pay elsewhere. I have been today and had a hot chocolate, a pot of tea and a large cake shared between my wife and I. Cost - £5.25 - not expensive!

This has become an expensive restaurant. When you pay nearly £4.00 for a slice of cake you expect a slice not one so thin the server can't pick it up!! I used to take my visitors here and advise people to eat here, I wont any more!!

Thanks for your feedback. We are so sorry that you got a raw deal on the size of your cake slice. Our cake slices are normally extremely generous, as are all our portion sizes, so not sure what has gone wrong here, but we would really love the opportunity to put it right as we value your custom and your feedback. We haven't increased our food prices at all over the past 12 months, and
