Visitors have their own bedroom/front door key to come and go as they please.  Late arrivals catered for where possible.  Breakfasts served from 7 am to 9 am but can be earlier if required.  Ample parking spaces in farm yard at the front of the house.  Large garden with lawn and trampoline for children to use (at their own risk)  and a pleasant raised decking area for sitting.
